Dear Loyal Prime Customer:
As promised, we are reaching out because we have updated information to share with you. Like everyone else, your sales & service team is adjusting to the new norm of social distancing. This is a challenge for a business like ours, but our employees are up to the task! In addition to the extra cleanings at every dealership and careful attention to sanitizing “high touch” areas on cars, we are doing our best to maintain a respectful distance. This is to keep both you, our valued customers, and our own employees safe.
Some insights on social distancing are below:
The CDC defines social distancing as it applies to COVID-19 as “remaining out of congregate settings, avoiding mass gatherings, and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet or 2 meters) from others when possible.” How to practice social distancing:
• Avoid hugs and handshakes
• Remain 6-feet of separation between yourself and others
• Refrain from going to events that could be considered mass gatherings
• Continue to wash hands and take the same health precautions you would with any other illness, such as the cold or flu.
